- This week's Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco, billed as one of the most important of all the annual web tech meetings, likewise has a definite male slant in who gets to talk to whom. Out of a total of 127 speakers, only 14 women are deemed interesting enough to have anything to say. One woman blogger asks, with this lineup, should I even bother attending? Is it that hard to find enough women to try to balance out a roster of featured speakers?

I say skip it because it is also going to be all about web marketing. I'd save your cash and subscribe to Chris Brogan's blog. Same info.
