For The Beach House

Josef Frank couch… available at Anthropologie

It’s sort of weird to see reproductions of classic Josef Frank mid-century fabrics on Anthropologie couches, but damn, I want one. I already have a nice brown mohair couch from George Smith, but wouldn’t this be lovely at the beach house? Now that I think of it, it’d be lovely to have a beach house.

You’re a dear for thinking of it, but please don’t call up and arrange to have this delivered to me just yet… I don’t want this couch exactly; the legs are clunky and cheap looking which doesn’t bode well for its overall construction. It’d be better to buy some fabric and use it to reupholster a couch that’s got better bones.
